It is a classic skirt. very pretty. Unfortunately it is ways too large. I always wear size 12 but here it slides down without even open the zipper. Who made that a 12??? I will Order size 10 now and hope it will fit.

I have no complaints about this suit other than all three pieces are Made in China and I try not to buy clothes made here. All three pieces appear well made, are unlined, and washed well when washed in garment bags hung to dry. True to size, I'm 5'11", 165lbs, took US10/UK14 for the skirt as usual. The material has a little bit of stretch so you can get slim fitting without the too-tight wrinkled look. Lightweight for summer. 3/5 stars for value as full-price is too costly for unlined items.
Nice skirt! The material though is a little lighter than I expected. Didn't realise there was a kickback split at the back. The skirt was rather neat, didn't require ironing really. The fit is almost true to size, it fit a little closer than I would like. If I had gone up one size it would have been too big. Had I gone down a size it would have been too small.
This is a cute pattern and I was hoping to wear it with the jacket, which I received a few weeks earlier and which I LOVE. I read the reviews which made it sound like it was fitting true to size or *a little bit* large. Unfortunately it is VERY large. I haven't taken it to the tailor yet but I believe altering it will be pricey, as it needs to be taken in through the waist and hips. :( I would recommend ordering a size down from your normal size if you absolutely must have this skirt.
This is a classy skirt - great for work and meetings with clients. I typically wear a 10 or 12. I bought this in a 10 and will need to have it tailored in slightly. I'm slim and it's just a bit too big for my hips. It's cheaper for me to have my local tailor nip this in ~ 1/2" instead of shipping it back and waiting for a return. It's a nice length - just below the knee - so again, it brings that classy, professional air.
I ordered the jacket and matching skirt, not to wear together, but for a change from all of my black pieces! These are darling and the fabric is great, even a little stretchy! I ordered a 6 and it fits perfectly. These are great pieces and nicely made!
