Purpose of the role:


The business has just successfully released their new hybris 5 eCommerce site with the help of an integration partner. The customer is looking for a hands on technical leader to guide and mentor an internal eCommerce team to take on new developments and enhancements. The role is pivotal to maintaining and enforcing technical excellence in a highly Agile DevOps environment and to giving technical direction to the team. The person:


The successful candidate will have experience of managing, developing and mentoring a team in a hybris eCommerce environment. THE ROLE:


This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic finance department on a three-month contract. We are a busy and thriving team within a fast-moving company. The right person will be an experienced AP Assistant, someone who wants a challenge, and enjoys working on individual tasks but within a busy, lively team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • • Reconciling a high volume of vendor accounts over several entities and currencies.
  • • Contacting our suppliers by telephone and email and discussing their accounts in a professional manor to reconcile our ledger.
  • • Following up on missing invoices and carry out investigations for mismatching accounts.
  • • Processing invoices to specific GL codes, applying payments to invoices, raising credits were mutually agreed.
  • • Liaising with internal colleagues in professional manor to resolve queries.
  • • Creating a legacy to enable accounts to be maintained from the relationships developed and information gained from reconciling.

KEY COMPETENCES:

As Data Analyst you will be leading data analysis, data management, and data visualisation at Long Tall Sally. You will work closely with the marketing team and third-party data partners to develop data infrastructure (ETLs, data models, and reports) and other tools to make analytics easier and more effective. You will draw insight from large amounts of structured data to understand customer behaviour and interactions. You will be the go-to expert on data resources and tools and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the business.


Duties & Responsibilities:



Data Analysis:


  • • Translate raw data into actionable insights, clear and coherent analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • • Build and automate reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance - driving efficiency throughout the marketing team.
  • • Own data visualisation for LTS.
  • • Deep understanding of internal and external data sources (e.g. customer, transactional, marketing) and the data models.

The role:


You will be part of multi-talented Engineering Team, which serves three core functions, Web Development, IT Support and Business Intelligence. You’ll be crucial to IT Team, providing services and support to offices, warehouses and stores across the globe. You will work closely with our suppliers to provide exceptional services to diverse userbase from various internal departments like Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Customer Service and follow issues through to resolution.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • • To be the first point of contact for IT requests and issues and ensure they are logged correctly in the ticketing system.
  • • Continuously monitor the ticketing system.
  • • Troubleshooting and resolving 1st and 2nd line IT issues and escalating when necessary.

Role Purpose:

 

The LTS Stockroom Co-Ordinator duties include, the sorting, sizing, hanging and pricing of stock, and overall professional running of the Stock Room. You will work as part of a dedicated team where every individual is respected and valued.


Key responsabilities:

 

  • • Making the shop a friendly, welcoming place for our customers and staff
  • • Plan and organise sorting systems to ensure the smooth running of the stockroom.
  • • Prepare stock items for sale; hanging, sizing, ticketing and pricing of items.
  • • Maintain an accurate knowledge of stock and ensure consistent standards and pricing of stock.
  • • Ensure stock is rotated on a regular basis, ensuring all items are clean and saleable.
  • • Making sure the shop is well stocked and the shop floor is tidy
  • • Keep the Stock Rooms in an organised and presentable condition. All areas should be cleaned on a regular basis and all bins emptied as required.
  • • Answering questions that people may have about the stockroom layout.
  • • Supporting us to keep the shop looking interesting.
  • • To assist in keeping the premises clean tidy and secure at all times
  • • To ensure all health and safety standards are maintained.

 

The LTS Stockroom Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in our store team to ensure our products are ready and available for our customers. You need to have a logical and organised approach towards ensuring the safe transition of our stock from delivery through to the sales floor. Often operating behind the scenes you are dedicated to making sure the shop floor remains well stocked and quickly replenished, processing the deliveries that arrive daily.

A Stockroom Co-Ordinator is calm yet adaptable and flexible to the ever changing demands and priorities that this role operates within.

From the arrival of our deliveries you will support the unloading, sorting, tagging and sizing of stock in preparation for its arrival to the shop floor as well as using our in house technology to identify and record the required products.

You will promote a positive and willing approach towards product availability and presentation, ensuring all sizes, colours and styles are available for our customers to buy. Using your extensive knowledge of our products, services and online ordering opportunities you will take responsibility for customer queries when on the shop floor, helping find the best possible solution for our customers.

You will be required to identify stock discrepancies or damages when processing our products and deliveries therefore a strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Working within this environment you will require an awareness of security at all times to ensure our stock room remains a safe environment for all staff. You will be required to demonstrate an understanding of health and safety and manual handling guidelines which you will apply when climbing ladders or lifting heavy items.
