The role:


You will be part of multi-talented Engineering Team, which serves three core functions, Web Development, IT Support and Business Intelligence. You’ll be crucial to IT Team, providing services and support to offices, warehouses and stores across the globe. You will work closely with our suppliers to provide exceptional services to diverse userbase from various internal departments like Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Customer Service and follow issues through to resolution.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • • To be the first point of contact for IT requests and issues and ensure they are logged correctly in the ticketing system.
  • • Continuously monitor the ticketing system.
  • • Troubleshooting and resolving 1st and 2nd line IT issues and escalating when necessary.

The role:


We are currently looking for a marketing assistant who will work closely with our DE campaign manager on the execution of the German marketing strategy as well as assisting on campaign implementation across other territories. This role would suit someone who is looking for an exciting and varied role within a fast moving and growing company.


Job Objectives:


  • • Work with the DE campaign manager to execute the multi-channel communication strategy across all online and offline channels
  • • Provide German translation and proof reading for all customer communications; catalogue, website, email and store material.
  • • Supporting the wider marketing team with co-ordinating the design and production of a range of communications for all marketing including: direct marketing and catalogue production, retail POS and external graphics as well as the weekly collation of reports.
  • • General administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • • Assist in managing the company’s extensive catalogue mailing programme (75 mailings per annum across 6 countries) including management of all key suppliers including printers, mailing house and creative agencies.

  • • Proof read the DE catalogue and product copy.

  • • Work with DE campaign manager to develop and execute strategies for DE customer reactivation and selecting mailing data for most appropriate customers.
  • • Work with campaign manager across PPC and affiliates to research, build keywords, optimise ad copy and create landing pages for the German website.
  • • Maintain key reports including: response profile, catalogue campaign analysis, customer segment performance and weekly KPI reports.
  • • Assist in managing the store promotional material requirements for campaign launches and ad hoc promotions (e.g. banners, signage, tickets and carrier bags)
  • • Provide content management support for all websites.
  • • Work with the wider marketing team on ad hoc projects.

Competencies Required:


  • • A degree in marketing (desirable but not essential).

We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent and focused individual to be an all rounder in our busy finance department. This person should have a strong work ethic and a team player attitude to enable us to meet our strict reporting deadlines. We are seeking someone who is a fast learner and will quickly pick up our processes.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • • Assist with the preparation for our audit in October including balance sheet reconciliations of complex and high volume transactional accounts.
  • • The ability to deal with multiple currencies and complete complex foreign exchange variance analysis and reconciliation.
  • • Weekly liquidity report showing actual cash out and forecasted cashflow including analysis of movements from prior week.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • • Update all carrier costs on appropriate spreadsheets for both Operations and Finance.
  • • Track, code and log all invoices.
  • • Navigate and log into various portals globally to extract relevant data.
  • • Run various reports in SURF.
  • • Support operations with WMS and any other admin requests.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • • Minimum of 3 days a week. This will need to be flexible, working to the needs of the business. Overtime may be also required at short notice.

Role Summary

To potentialise stock in stores and online, through correct allocation and in-depth analysis of store / web performance and their potential.


Key Responsibilities


Allocation of all products to markets
  • • Setting up initial allocation plans
  • • Dynamic manipulation of mins / maxs
  • • Pushing out stock to stores as required – reacting to best sellers / slow sellers

Role Purpose:

 

The LTS Stockroom Co-Ordinator duties include, the sorting, sizing, hanging and pricing of stock, and overall professional running of the Stock Room. You will work as part of a dedicated team where every individual is respected and valued.

The LTS Stockroom Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in our store team to ensure our products are ready and available for our customers. You need to have a logical and organised approach towards ensuring the safe transition of our stock from delivery through to the sales floor. Often operating behind the scenes you are dedicated to making sure the shop floor remains well stocked and quickly replenished, processing the deliveries that arrive daily.

A Stockroom Co-Ordinator is calm yet adaptable and flexible to the ever changing demands and priorities that this role operates within.

From the arrival of our deliveries you will support the unloading, sorting, tagging and sizing of stock in preparation for its arrival to the shop floor as well as using our in house technology to identify and record the required products.

You will promote a positive and willing approach towards product availability and presentation, ensuring all sizes, colours and styles are available for our customers to buy. Using your extensive knowledge of our products, services and online ordering opportunities you will take responsibility for customer queries when on the shop floor, helping find the best possible solution for our customers.

You will be required to identify stock discrepancies or damages when processing our products and deliveries therefore a strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Working within this environment you will require an awareness of security at all times to ensure our stock room remains a safe environment for all staff. Reporting to: Customer Services Manager

Long Tall Sally is a multi-channel retailer of clothing and shoes for tall Ladies. Our Mission is to be the first choice of fashion for tall women worldwide and currently we are the market leaders. We have stores, websites and catalogues catering for the UK, German, French, EU, US and Canadian markets.

From our customer service centre in Croydon we take orders and answer queries via the telephone and email from our UK and ROW customers.



The role of the CSA is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through the contact centre by answering customer calls, live chat and emails within our KPIs. We are looking for motivated, passionate staff who love going that extra mile to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.


Key areas of responsibilities

  • • Answering inbound telephone calls from customers, this can be a variety of order taking, catalogue requests, answering general queries or problem solving.
  • • Making outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
  • • Answering queries relating to our web-site.
  • • Responding to customer calls, live chat and emails.
  • • Data entry: this can be fax or post order entry.
  • • Returns processing.
  • • General ad hoc reports.
  • • Responding to any Customer Service issues arising from Data Entry.

Person Specification:

  • • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong people focus.
  • • Good voice quality, clear, articulate and have an excellent command of the English language.
  • • Excellent written English is essential
  • • A real desire to deliver excellent customer service and always willing to go that extra mile.
  • • Passionate, energetic and self motivated.
  • • Prior customer service experience.
  • • Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
