Known on Instagram as @emmafitnessgoal, 6’2” Emma is a dietary nutrition expert, slayer of fitness, and star of our #TALLERANDSTRONGER fitness video series. Not only does she have ah-mazing abs, she’s also a real inspiration. That bod didn't happen on its own though, she has an incredibly nutritious diet and intense workout routine.
