This is a comfortable, casual skirt, but not as professional as I had hoped. It is a stretchy cotton, unlined and relatively thin so beware underwear lines. The patterns lines don't match up at the seams which shows it to be a cheaper version of others on the market. (I ended up at a meeting with someone else wearing a similar patterned skirt, which led to much scrutinizing and it didn't hold up well!) I've kept it, but will keep it for weekends and not the office.

Cheesy fabric. Design was not aligned on side seams. Poor choice for the price point.
The idea of the skirt is very adorable and unlike the previous comment, I think the fabric is a good weight. However, the fabric stretches to white and the pattern gets distorted. It's pricey for its quality and I think meant to be worn with the shirt over it, as opposed to how I like to wear skirts with the shirt tucked in. It's a little long too, I wish it hit more above the knee as opposed to at or below but it's alright.
I was so looking forward to this arriving but was sadly disappointed. The material was very thin for a skirt priced at 40 and the checks in the pattern were not lined up at the side seams so it looked odd.It is a shame because the length and fit were good (I am a size 8 in skirts and trousers and so ordered XS) but it just looked and felt a bit cheap which, at 40, it isn't. If you could improve the quality of the fabric and sewing I would be happy to pay the price.
