I purchased for a fall vacation through northern Europe and I think it will fit the bill for being lightweight and to shield in bad weather. Had I purchased this for any other reason, it would be going back because it is so lightweight and thin. This was my first order from LTS and it appears that the sizes run large anyway and this isn't the exception; if in question, order down.

I love a running jacket that is long enough in the arms AND made to fit a woman!
I don't think I will wear this much, but kept it since I got it on sale. It fits nicely, but id vrry lightweight.
Sent it back to get a size larger as it seemed a little small through the shoulder area and I like my jackets somewhat looser fitting. Looking forward to receiving the larger size!
Really loved everything about the jacket untill I had to was it. The bottom seams came undone on several places, so some of the yellow string came out of the seams. I followed the washing instructions, even washed it at a Synthetics program. Will complain to LTS about it.
I purchased this to use as a layering piece while hiking and so bought it a bit on the larger size to be able to wear a fleece underneath. It works well in the wind, and the hood actually rolls up fairly neatly back into the collar after use. My one complaint would be that with the zipper catches really easily on both the pockets and the main front zip.
I have been looking for a running jacket, but my only options are men's (to get sleeve length), but proportions (hip and chest) are wrong. The fit is great, but I sent it back due to the colour. I'm only going to buy one jacket so I'm going to hold out for better colours from LTS. This is road coloured, which isn't a safety feature for running, and some may like it, but the last LTS sport's jacket was black. Black is the option that other shops tag on at the end for tall. I'd love more choice.
I'm easily a 14-16 on the 16 side in highstreet shops. Bought a medium and it's too big. I had read this but couldn't believe I'd be a small. Returning for a smaller size. Lovely long body and arms.
I have been wearing this jacket this winter in the mountains of Colorado as a layer piece of clothing. It kept me warm (not hot and not cold)
Nice, lightweight coat. Prior to getting this I was wearing a men's one which is all very well but I didn't feel particularly attractive in it. I'm loving the activewear LTS are doing now, the only thing I'd suggest would be to put more promotions on (please!). I'm in between an LTS 12 and 14 but got the medium so it'll be comfortable for running in. Sleeves nice and long and the thumb holes are a nice touch.
