Not soft like described

I tend to have more sensitive skin to fabrics, so I ignored the 80 acrylic material and assumed the sweater would not be scratchy since the description was soft . I usually don t wear long sleeves under sweaters, so the arms would be too itchy for me. Wouldn t be a problem if you like wearing long shirts under sweaters.... Pretty sweater otherwise and nice long sleeves. Although I am returning the small due to the material, an XS probably would have been a more flattering fit if I were to keep it.

Awesome!!

This is a beautiful sweater... would look nice with a casual t-shirt and jeans. The sweater fits on the bigger size. I am typically a size small, but extra small was a better fit.

Sleeves are longer than description

This is a nice, soft, cozy light weight sweater. The description says 23 , but it fits me just right and I usually need 26 sleeves.

We are very sorry you have been dissapointed with this product. This cardi contains wool and alpaca which make it feel so soft. However it is within the nature of these natural yarns to pill and this is unavoidable. Pilling is caused by the long hairs in the yarns rubbing together and forming balls. In this instance it should be possible to remove the pilled balls from the garment by hand or with a pilling comb which can be purchased from most haberdashers. Pilling should not be associated with poor quality - it is usually the natural luxury yarns which have a tendency to pill. LTS Rebecca

Poor Quality

I love the cardi but having worn it twice, it s bobbly and the sleeves have stretched. Such a shame but given the poor quality and the fact that you can only wear it once before it looks scruffy, this item is massively over-priced.
