I can hardly believe it. It is a perfect fit in a 16 when I usually need a US 18; particularly for my waist. It is flattering, does not cut under the arm and you can slide the shoulder bow to where you like it. I am 6 foot 2 inches and it hits a nice place just above my knee. I got the coordinating jacket too and it is here just in time for New Year s Eve. I couldn t be happier.
